贪官们的招数伎俩还有很多，蛇跑兔窜各有各的道。落马官员用计脱责无非是在做最后挣扎。贪腐是违法犯罪，承认贪腐，势必会受到法律的惩罚，落马官员对此必然心知肚明。但落马官员往往不会心甘情愿束手就擒，为了逃避法律惩处，会作出最后的挣扎。
手莫伸，伸手必被捉。早知今日，何必当初。
